Welcome to the FSCJ Dental Hygiene Program! We are very excited to have you join us in the 2022 Graduating Class!

We have developed this web page to simplify the tasks required to bring you onboard by the first day of class on August 31. Please follow the instructions below carefully.

Please print the Signature Packet linked to the right, read the documents and complete the forms. Bring this packet to Orientation on July 26.

Make arrangements to get CPR certified - Healthcare Provider Level to include:  one man CPR, two man CPR, infant resuscitation, AED and obstructed airway. Online courses without hands-on training are not permitted!

Pick up shoes that meet program specifications, an iPad, and the instrument kit prior to the start of class. These will be discussed at Orientation.
